Our Story & Mission

Technology built
for the business of education

TNT Soluções em Tecnologia was founded on a single, clear conviction: that educational institutions deserve technology designed specifically for how they operate — not repurposed generic software forced to fit. Over more than a decade, that conviction has shaped every product we build, every service we deliver, and every partnership we form.

From private schools and language institutes to large university centers, we have helped institutions across Brazil eliminate the friction between administrative complexity and academic excellence — giving them space to do what they do best.

Where We Came From

Built from the inside
out of education

TNT was not born in a generic software lab. It was born out of first-hand experience with the operational realities that academic institutions face every day — fragmented systems, unpredictable IT costs, integrations that break under pressure, and administrative teams stretched thin between enrollment cycles, compliance deadlines, and teaching quality.

Our founders recognized that most ERP vendors treated education as a vertical to be served with a lightly customized horizontal product. We took the opposite approach: build everything from the ground up for education, with education-specific data models, workflows, and reporting logic at the core.

The result is ORION — a fully integrated, 100% web-based ERP that covers every level and modality of education, and a surrounding ecosystem of cloud infrastructure, 360° self-service portals, and business analytics purpose-built for academic decision-makers.

Today, TNT is a trusted technology partner to private schools, universities, and university centers that want predictable IT costs, zero-obsolescence software, and genuine operational relief — so their leadership can remain focused on educational excellence rather than infrastructure management.

Mission

To free educational institutions from the burden of IT complexity by delivering integrated, cloud-native technology that grows with them — so they can invest their energy where it belongs: in teaching, learning, and student success.

Vision

To be the most trusted technology partner in Brazilian education — recognized not only for the quality of our software, but for the depth of our understanding of how educational businesses actually work.

Positioning

We operate at the intersection of IT excellence and education sector expertise. Our clients don't just get software — they get a partner who understands their regulatory environment, their student lifecycle, and their competitive pressures.

Delivery Model

All TNT solutions are delivered as SaaS — hosted, managed, secured, and maintained by us. Our clients pay a predictable, institution-size-proportional fee and gain access to continuously updated software with no capital expenditure and no in-house IT team required.

Domain Expertise

We specialize in the
business of education

The education sector operates under pressures that most industries never encounter simultaneously: intense enrollment competition, strict regulatory compliance, complex tuition billing cycles, multi-entity academic calendars, and the expectation of a world-class student experience — all while managing costs carefully.

TNT exists specifically for this environment. We understand MEC regulatory requirements, the nuances of higher education accreditation cycles, the billing complexity of monthly tuition with scholarships and agreements, and the reporting demands placed on academic coordinators, financial controllers, and board-level executives alike.

That depth of knowledge is embedded in our software — not bolted on as a configuration layer. Every module in ORION was designed with education workflows at its core, which means shorter implementation timelines, fewer customizations, and a system your team can actually adopt without months of retraining.

What Drives Us

Principles we build by

Every product decision, every support call, every partnership we enter is shaped by the same set of operating beliefs — none of which are slogans.

🎯

Sector specificity over generic breadth

We have chosen to go deep in a single sector rather than wide across many. That focus means our software reflects real education workflows — not a generic business process that someone mapped onto an academic calendar.

🔗

Integration as a first principle

Errors and rework caused by data moving between disconnected systems are one of the most expensive hidden costs in institutional administration. ORION eliminates that by keeping everything — academic, financial, HR, CRM — in a single integrated data model.

📈

Predictable, proportional costs

We believe IT investment should scale with institutional size — not surprise you mid-year. Our SaaS model gives clients a fixed, foreseeable cost structure that eliminates hardware surprises, licensing shocks, and emergency maintenance bills.

☁️

Cloud-native by design

TNT's entire platform was built for the cloud from day one — not migrated to it. That distinction matters: our applications inherit the elasticity, resilience, and accessibility that cloud infrastructure provides without the complexity of legacy-to-cloud compromises.

🔮

Zero obsolescence as a goal

Technology that ages on your servers is a liability. Because we deliver software as a service, our clients receive continuous updates, new capabilities, and security patches as part of the standard offering — with no manual upgrade cycles, and no version lock-in.

🤝

Partnership, not just licensing

We take responsibility for the full IT stack our clients rely on — servers, connectivity, security, availability. When something needs attention, that's our problem to solve, not our client's. That accountability is how we define partnership.

How We Work

A structured path from
complexity to clarity

Implementing a new ERP or migrating to cloud infrastructure is a significant undertaking. We have refined our delivery methodology across dozens of institutional engagements to make it as predictable and low-disruption as possible.

01

Discovery & Diagnostic

We start by listening. Before recommending any solution, our team conducts a structured operational review — mapping your current systems, data flows, integration pain points, and strategic priorities. No assumptions, no templates.

02

Solution Architecture

Based on the discovery findings, we define the right configuration of ORION modules, portal deployments, and cloud infrastructure for your institution's size and complexity — with a clear rationale and projected ROI for each component.

03

Implementation & Migration

Our implementation team works alongside your administrative staff to configure the platform, migrate historical data, and validate workflows before go-live. We build in parallel testing periods and do not flip switches until your team is confident.

04

Ongoing Partnership

After go-live, TNT remains your active technology partner — managing infrastructure, delivering continuous software updates, supporting end users, and providing the analytics layer your leadership needs to make better institutional decisions.

The People Behind TNT

A team that understands
both code and campus

TNT's team is unusual in the enterprise software world because it blends two kinds of expertise that rarely sit in the same room: deep software engineering capability and genuine, first-hand knowledge of how academic institutions operate. We have people who have worked inside educational administrations, who understand the difference between an enrollment cycle and a fiscal year, and who know what a department coordinator actually needs from a dashboard at 7am on a Monday.

That dual fluency shapes everything from how we write our user interfaces to how we structure our support conversations. We don't translate business needs into technical requirements — we understand both languages natively.

Our engineering culture values simplicity and reliability over complexity for its own sake. We invest heavily in reducing the operational cognitive load on the administrators and educators who use our tools — because the best technology is the kind that gets out of the way and lets people do their real work.

Continuous learning is non-negotiable within our team. The education sector evolves — new regulatory requirements, new modalities, new competitive pressures — and our platform must evolve with it. We maintain structured research and development programs specifically focused on the Brazilian education market, and we actively gather structured feedback from our institutional clients to drive our product roadmap.

We believe IT should be invisible to educators — reliable, available, secure, and entirely managed by us so institutional staff can concentrate on students.

We believe data should inform decisions, not just populate reports — which is why analytics and predictive management tools are built into our platform, not sold as add-ons.

We believe long-term partnerships produce better outcomes than project-based engagements — our business model reflects that, with ongoing managed service at its core.

Founders & Directors

The founding team of TNT combines backgrounds in enterprise software engineering, academic administration, and cloud infrastructure management — a combination that continues to define the company's strategic direction and product philosophy.

A Note From Our Founders

We started TNT because we saw institutions
struggling with technology that didn't speak their language

When we looked at the education technology market in Brazil, we saw a pattern: capable institutions burdened by stitched-together software ecosystems, managing integrations that were fragile by design, paying for IT infrastructure they didn't fully control, and relying on vendor support that didn't understand the difference between an academic semester and a billing period.

We knew there was a better way — and that building it required a commitment to staying focused. We would not try to serve every sector. We would go deep in education, learn it thoroughly, and build technology that reflected that learning in every line of code.

More than a decade later, that focus remains our greatest competitive advantage. Every feature we add to ORION, every portal we deploy, every cloud environment we manage is informed by the accumulated experience of working closely with educational institutions of every size and type. We understand the pressures you face. We have built tools to relieve them. And we remain committed to evolving those tools as the sector evolves — because a technology partner that stands still is no partner at all.

If you are evaluating technology partners for your institution, we welcome the conversation — not to sell you something, but to understand your situation and demonstrate, concretely, what a purpose-built solution can do for you.
